How is my house-washing estimate calculated?
We use your home’s square footage, exterior material and any detached garage you select. There is a minimum service charge. Package additions are listed separately, and the current total is checked again before payment.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
If your selected service has a deposit configured, you can choose it at checkout and see the remaining balance. If no deposit is offered, checkout shows the available payment options for the full amount.
When will my service take place?
Services with online scheduling let you check available appointments during checkout. For a service request, CareMate will coordinate the visit with you. An order or payment alone does not confirm an appointment time.
Can I book just one service?
Absolutely. Choose a single service in the estimate builder. The home care packages are optional combinations of house washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning.
What if my property needs something different?
