Keep the garage and added services visible
A detached garage is a separate choice in the calculator. If you include one, select the relevant size. Check the summary after each change so you can see which work is currently included. A quick estimate is most useful when its assumptions are easy to understand.
CareMate also offers package choices that add window cleaning and gutter cleaning to house washing. Compare the listed services, not just the package name. Selecting a larger package adds work; it should not be interpreted as an automatic discount unless a discount is explicitly shown.
Understand estimate versus final review
The calculator updates the estimate in your browser as you adjust the property details. That makes comparison quick. At checkout, the system checks the current catalog, selected options, address eligibility, applicable charges and payment method before presenting the final review.
Look through the itemized services and total before placing an order. If you change your address, payment choice or service selection, review the updated result. A starting price on a service card is a reference point, not a promise that every property will cost that amount.
Arrange the visit clearly
Where a service has bookable duration and availability configured, choose from the times returned by the booking system. If the service requires coordination, the site identifies the order as a request with the visit time still to be agreed. Those are different outcomes, and your confirmation should make the difference clear.
You can also ask the virtual assistant to help review options. Tell it the property details and ask for the final service summary before agreeing. When a deposit is required by a service, complete it through secure checkout rather than giving card details during the call.
